Scarlet- Round 2!

Here is the second of my two Scarlet drawings! Again, if you're not reading this great new series, you're really missing out- this book is so full of life and every issue is building into a pretty awesome, aggressive tale. Really brings me back to some of the first indie books I read, and reminds me of the genuine creativity and special voice that makes these creators so unique. Great stuff.

I'm thinking about doing a bunch more sketches based on other books I'm currently reading. Now if I can only find the time...

Have You Been Reading- Scarlet?

I've been loving the new creator owned series by Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev and thought it would be cool to do some sketches of the main character. This one is still in progress- I still want to add another building across the way from her.



I have one more that's almost finished- I'll post it up next week...

The Punisher and Friends

I started doing a warm up of the Punisher and got kinda wrapped up in it. I hadn't really intended to work it up to finish but I liked it and decided to run with it. I love the character and thought it would be fun to tack on the Daredevil and Bullseye. The Kingpin was a last minute addition and I'm still debating leaving him out- it looks a little out of place over his shoulder, but sorta appropriate in a way.
